How Does It Work?

Getting started is simple

    • Get in touchemail or call, and tell me a little about what brings you to Qigong.
    • Choose your time — we find a day and time that suits you, whether that’s a one-off session or a regular slot.
    • Join by Zoom — I’ll send you a simple link. No software to install, nothing to prepare — just click and join from your phone, tablet or laptop.
    • Practise together, live — one-to-one, in real time. I guide you through the movements, correct your posture as we go, and adapt the pace to what your body needs that day.

What You'll Need

    • A quiet space with enough room to stretch your arms out
    • A device with a camera and a stable internet connection
    • Comfortable clothing you can move freely in

No mat, no equipment, no experience required — just you, ready to move

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience?

None at all. Whether this is your first movement practice or you’ve studied for years, we start from wherever you are.

What if I need to change my time?

Just get in touch — there’s no fixed policy, we’ll simply find another time that works

Is online really as effective as in-person?

With one-to-one attention, I can see exactly how you’re moving and correct you in the moment, the same as I would in the room with you
